Our accounting department uses state of the art property management software for safeguarding the integrity of your investment. Our department processes payment of all bills such as; mortgage, maintenance, taxes and insurance for your property. We provide all required accounting information for day to day property management functions. We prepare reports and financial statements to keep our clients up to date on all activities relating to their properties. We maintain a confidential record-keeping database.
The reports which we provide to our clients include the Income Statement, General Ledger Report, Statement of Account, and Rent Roll. If there is a vacancy, our clients also receive a Leasing Report which details all calls received on the vacancy and all prospects who visited the property. Our goal is to keep current, accurate financial records so that our owners can see at a glance where their investment is at any time.
