Our experienced in-house staff includes Eric Lemke, CCAM; a CPA who oversees our financials, Grace Babcock, CCAM; with over 25 years of large property management experience, Juanita Hudson, CCAM; with over 15 years of Administrative experience, and Vicki Matthews, CMCA; who brings 10 years in mixed use community management experience. These individuals are joined by an extensive support staff who are responsible for performing maintenance duties, administrative support, and accounting functions.
Consensys has experience with both HOA community management, large apartment complex management, and commercial property management. Our personnel have encountered many problems in the past concerning community living, on site employees, and interpersonal communication. We have the necessary experience to deal with any problem that may arise between HOA residents, building maintenance and issues, collection of dues, and potential violations of the HOA’s Rules and Regulations.
Our expertise extends outwards towards facilitating good communication between owners, non-owner residents, vendors, and management. We believe that open communication with all parties involved in a situation will result in a harmonious resolution of any problems which may arise.
As an experienced property management company, we have relationships with many service providers, including painters, general contractors, attorneys, and landscapers. We are well known in the industry, and these vendors like working with us and with our clients. We are excited to share with you this good relationship we have with our vendors.
