Kevin Jones is a 13 year veteran of Consensys Property Management. As CEO and co-owner of the firm, Kevin is responsible for strategic planning and market placement. He has a BA from Gonzaga University and an MBA from Chapman University.
He also has received his Certified Property Manager (CPM©) designation from IREM. Kevin owns multi-family apartments in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. He enjoys motorcycles and is also a co-owner of the Los Angeles Harley Davidson of Anaheim franchise.
Eric is the Chief Financial Officer of Consensys Property Management. He has been working for the Jones Family for over twenty years and he is also the Chief Financial Officer of their Harley-Davidson Motorcycle dealership operations.
Eric earned both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Eric is also a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM). Eric and his family reside in Santa Ana.
Jamey Perelli is the Chief Operating Officer of Consensys Property Management. Jamey has over 15 years of management experience in a variety of industries ranging from manufacturing to real estate.
He is a graduate of Northern Michigan University in Marquette and holds degrees in both Business Administration and Computer Information Systems.
Jamey resides in Long Beach and spends much of his spare time outdoors running, hiking and swimming.
Jeff Jones is the co-owner of Consensys Property Management, with exclusive oversight for the Los Angeles and San Diego portfolios. He brings over ten years of management experience at Los Angeles Harley Davidson, and as the former president of the Anaheim Arsenal D-League basketball team.
Jeff’s father, Tom Jones, founded the company a generation ago, and Jeff has been a member of the Consensys family for his entire life. He is committed to upholding the company’s 40-year vision to provide quality service for its clients. His personal approach has been instrumental in the company’s success.
Suzanne has been a part of the Jones property management companies her whole life, thanks to her father, Tom Jones, and has been a Regional Property Supervisor at Consensys for three years. She oversees the daily operations of the four multi-family properties that are owned by the Jones family, totaling over 700 doors. Suzanne has been trained in real estate and is in the process of receiving her license as well as her Accredited Real Estate Manager certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Suzanne has an undergraduate degree from Boston College and a graduate degree from Columbia University. She also brings 8 years of management experience in the US Army to the company.
Stephen is a 2014 graduate of Chapman University, and currently serves as Operations Manager for Consensys. The youngest son of Tom Jones, Stephen has been with the company since May 2016. Along with assisting in the management of properties, he has helped the company adapt technology aimed at streamlining processes. His role model growing up was Michael Jordan, and his favorite sports team is the UCLA Bruins.
Laurel obtained her bachelor’s degree from UCLA in Literature and spent some time working for the owner of Harland LLC doing marketing newsletters and research. She also worked with Consensys on a contract basis, writing marketing reports. Most recently, she obtained her Broker’s License from the California Bureau of Real Estate and has been the Real Estate Broker and Vice President of Marketing for Consensys since 2011.
Laurel is involved with many organizations, including as Secretary for the National Association for Residential Property Managers (NARPM), on the Legislation Committee for the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC), as Secretary for Business Networking International, Fullerton (BNI), and with the Professional Women Network. As a part of her responsibilities, she and other real estate professionals monitor the various proposed bills as they make their way through the California governmental bodies. She is also responsible for keeping Consensys and its clients compliant with all of the many California Bureau of Real Estate’s rules and regulations.
Laurel is currently taking classes through IREM towards her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. She is a Realtor and is affiliated with the Orange County Association of Realtors.
Laurel loves to read and is in two book clubs. She also enjoys camping and the beach. Laurel and her family live in south Orange County.
Grace Babcock is the Vice President of HOA Operations. She has worked for Consensys for over 26 years. She provides leadership within the company and oversees HOA operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost effective management of resources.
Grace graduated from California State University, Fullerton. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is also a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). She is committed to providing the highest level of service to all clients and committed to the highest standard of ethics and integrity.
She currently lives in north Orange County with her husband Scott. She is a proud mother of two sons, one of whom is serving our country in the United States Coast Guard. She also has two grandsons, Aiden and Isaac. She and Scott have celebrated over 25 years of marriage. Her hobbies are aerobic dancing, vacationing on Lake Havasu, and spending time with nature.
Angela is the Senior Regional Property Supervisor for Consensys Property Management. She has over 15 years of property management experience. She joined Consensys in July 2002, as an Administrative Assistant. Her dedication and skills enabled her to be quickly promoted to Leasing Agent. After receiving her California real estate license in 2007, she was promoted to Senior Regional Property Supervisor, which entails managing and leasing residential and commercial sites She has held the designation of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from IREM since 2005. She also has an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, New Jersey. She enjoys managing the daily operations of her clients’ investments, including residential and commercial sites. She will continue working hard to direct and build highly motivated management teams to achieve her clients’ goals.
Isabel joined Consensys Property Management in October 2007 as an Administrative Assistant. She was promoted to Property Coordinator, where she was strongly involved in customer relations, organization, and teamwork. Isabel received her California Real Estate license in 2012, and is now an Accounting Manager. She has completed her education with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on International Business and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University.
Juanita Hudson joined Consensys in 2015 as our Administrative Assistant. Her hard work and dedication resulted in her promotion to HOA Community Manager in December 2016. Juanita has obtained the designation of CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager) from the California Association of Community Managers, and has over 15 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant. In her spare time she volunteers at her children’s high school, where she served as Vice President and President for her son’s Football booster program.
Gabby previously worked for Consensys in 2006, serving in the role of Regional Property Supervisor, overseeing the operations of several large properties, payroll and HR. She left for a period of time to work at the Harley-Davidson dealership operated by the Jones family. She rejoined Consensys in 2016, assisting in the accounting department, and was promoted to Maintenance Services Manager in August 2016. She brings 19 years of experience in property management and plays an instrumental role in the success of the company.
Donato is the Maintenance Supervisor for Consensys Property Management. He has over 20 years of maintenance experience. Donato joined Consensys Property Management in 2009 as a Maintenance Technician. He is EPA certified in air conditioning and refrigeration. He is also EPA certified to conduct lead based paint renovation, repair and painting. He has received several trainings in plumbing, digital and tankless water heater troubleshooting and installation. He handles the maintenance responsibilities for Consensys such as planning the routine maintenance of tools and machinery, diagnosing faults and overseeing the maintenance repairs of our properties, performing quality inspections, controlling maintenance costs, following guidelines and approvals, training and supervising new maintenance personnel. With his skills and consistency, he has proven to be a valuable asset to the company.
Heriberto joined Consensys Property Management in 2010 as a Porter. His dedication & ability to learn advanced him to Maintenance Technician in 2012. He has received certified training in plumbing & digital water heater troubleshooting & installations. He handles the daily routine maintenance of the various apartment communities. He is a hard worker & dedicated employee.
Lester has been with Consensys since 2004, and brings over 20 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician. He is EPA-certified in air conditioning and refrigeration, and he is also certified to conduct lead based paint renovation, repair and painting. He has received certified training in plumbing, digital and tankless water heater troubleshooting and installation. In addition, he has had training in the installation of granite. He handles many responsibilities for our Maintenance Department, such as planning the routine maintenance of tools and machinery, diagnosing faults and overseeing the maintenance repairs of our properties, performing quality inspections, controlling maintenance costs, following guidelines and approvals, and training and supervising new maintenance personnel. With his skills and consistency, he has proven to be a valuable asset to the company.
Alejandra joined Consensys in 2016 as an Executive Assistant and was soon after promoted to Office Manager. Alejandra has 11 years of experience in property management and is a Notary Public. She obtained an Associated Science Degree in Accounting and is working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She brings an organized approach to the team and is an effective manager and leader in the office. Alejandra volunteers as Treasurer for her children’s baseball league.
Mariana joined Consensys in December 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. She assists in the rental process for our clients’ properties and is dedicated to providing great customer service to everyone. Mariana also provides a wide range of administrative and office support for the departments to facilitate efficient operation of the organization. She is currently pursuing her California Real Estate License. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and going to the movies.
