Our response to maintenance requests is extremely prompt. We understand that when a problem arises our clients need to have a maintenance technician out to the property as soon as possible. Our maintenance technicians are bilingual in Spanish and English. They have years of experience in the industry and with ConsensYs in resolving issues at our clients’ properties.

Our technicians are EPA certified in air conditioning and refrigeration. They are also EPA certified to conduct lead based paint renovation, repair and painting.

We will also coordinate outside vendors for larger work orders such as landscaping or roofing. Our staff has spent years cultivating relationships with vendors. We will obtain at least two bids for each work order for our clients’ approval. We are confident that no matter which bid is selected, that vendor will perform the work in a professional and cost effective manner. Our service is included with our clients’ monthly management fee.

When you have a unit to turn over, our maintenance staff will perform the work in a timely manner. We understand that vacancies equal money lost, and our job is to fill those vacancies as quickly as possible. Our technicians will paint the unit and repair any damage that a previous tenant may have caused. They will also clean the unit so that it is ready for the next tenant to move in.

Our Regional Property Specialist (RPS) will periodically inspect our clients’ property and recommend money saving maintenance programs. In this way a small amount of attention can often prevent a large expenditure to repair or replace a damaged item.
